Inaiy subscription plans set how many users, WhatsApp numbers, contacts, and messages your workspace can use, and which features, such as workflows, API access, and AI, are switched on. Go to Settings → Subscription to see your current plan, your usage this period, and what is included. Click Upgrade plan or Change plan to pick Starter, Growth, or Business, monthly or yearly, and pay securely with Razorpay.
You can check usage at any time, so you upgrade when you need to and not before.
Who this is for and what you need first
This guide is for workspace Owners and anyone responsible for billing.
You need:
- Billing permission. By default only the Owner has it; Admins cannot manage billing.
- A payment method Razorpay accepts, such as UPI or a card.
- Your GSTIN, if you want to claim input tax credit on invoices.
Steps to manage Inaiy subscription plans
1. Check your current plan and usage
Go to Settings → Subscription. The top card shows your Current plan, its status, such as Active, the billing cycle, the date it is Paid until, and when it Started.
Usage this period (callout 2) compares what you have used with your plan's limits: Users, Teams, Channels, WhatsApp Numbers, Instagram Accounts, Messenger Pages, Contacts, Templates, Broadcasts, Messages Per Month, Storage (MB), API Calls, Automation Rules, Webhooks, Media Uploads, and AI Credits. A bar close to full means it is time to upgrade.
Click Change plan (callout 1) to see other plans.
2. Compare the plans
Choose a plan lists the paid plans:
| Plan | Best for | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Small teams starting WhatsApp conversations on their own number. | ₹699/mo + GST | ₹6,708/yr + GST |
| Growth | Growing teams that need workflows, API access, and up to 3 WhatsApp numbers. | ₹1,799/mo + GST | ₹17,268/yr + GST |
| Business | Larger teams that need AI agents, multiple brands, and up to 10 WhatsApp numbers. | ₹4,499/mo + GST | ₹43,188/yr + GST |
Prices are as of November 2026.
Switch to Yearly (callout 1) to save 20%. Yearly prices show as a yearly total with the monthly equivalent. Always check the plan picker for current prices.
3. Pick a plan and pay
Select a plan and click Continue (callout 2). The second step, Billing & payment, takes you to a secure Razorpay checkout. Once payment succeeds, the plan card and limits update to the new plan.
4. See what your plan includes
Scroll down to What's included. It lists the features switched on for your plan (callout 1), such as Broadcasts, Templates, Workflow Automation, API, Webhooks, and AI. Plan quotas (callout 2) shows each limit as a number or Unlimited.
If a menu item you expect is missing, check here first. The feature may not be part of your plan.
5. Add billing details and download invoices
Under Billing details, enter your business or legal name, address, state, PIN code, and optional GSTIN and Invoice email, then click Save billing details. Your state decides whether invoices show CGST and SGST or IGST.
Payment history lists every payment and refund, and Invoices has GST tax invoices and credit notes to download as PDF.
How to confirm it worked
- The top card shows the new plan name with status Active and a new Paid until date.
- Plan quotas show the new plan's limits.
- The payment appears in Payment history, and its invoice is listed under Invoices.
Common mistakes
- Waiting until a limit is hit. When you reach a limit, such as WhatsApp numbers or users, adding more can be blocked until you upgrade. Check Usage this period each month.
- Missing billing details. Invoices use the details saved when you pay. Add your GSTIN and address before paying if you need them on the invoice.
- Assuming Cancel ends access now. Cancelling stops renewal. You keep your plan until the paid period ends.

Frequently asked questions
Do Inaiy subscription plans include WhatsApp message charges?
No. Your Inaiy plan covers the software. Meta bills WhatsApp message charges separately, under its own pricing, through your WhatsApp Business account. These mostly apply to template messages, such as marketing or utility updates sent outside the 24-hour chat window. Check Meta's current WhatsApp pricing for your country.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your plan does not stop at once. The subscription moves into a grace period, 7 days by default, while you fix the payment, for example by renewing with a different card or UPI app. If it is still unpaid when the grace period ends, the workspace is suspended until you pay or move to the Free plan.
How do I cancel my plan?
At the bottom of Settings → Subscription, under Manage subscription, click Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then moves to the Free plan. You keep everything until then, and you can undo the cancellation any time before the period ends.
