Can order updates go out automatically?
Yes, on plans with workflow automation. Starter workflows for order placed, shipped and delivered are included, and you choose the approved template each one sends.
Is there a free plan?

Who pays the WhatsApp message charges?
Meta bills WhatsApp conversation charges for your own WhatsApp Business number directly. They are not part of the inaiy subscription.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
You connect a number through Meta’s official WhatsApp sign-up inside inaiy. Whether an existing number can be moved depends on how it is used today, so our team checks this with you during setup.
