Can patients book a specific slot?
inaiy collects appointment requests (name, department and preferred time) and your team confirms them. It does not replace your appointment calendar, but it can receive events from it through webhooks on plans with workflow automation.
Can we send lab reports on WhatsApp?
Yes. Your team can send PDFs and images such as reports and prescriptions from the conversation.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day Starter trial, so you can connect your own WhatsApp Business number and send campaigns. After that it stays on the free plan, with the inbox, contacts and message templates on a shared inaiy number at ₹0, until you upgrade. No card needed to sign up.
Who pays the WhatsApp message charges?
Meta bills WhatsApp conversation charges for your own WhatsApp Business number directly. They are not part of the inaiy subscription.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
You connect a number through Meta’s official WhatsApp sign-up inside inaiy. Whether an existing number can be moved depends on how it is used today, so our team checks this with you during setup.
